Education and Experience
I graduated Magnum Cum Laude from Harvard, Masters in Business from Stanford, and Doctorate from Oxford. Not
I am a High School Graduate with some college here and there.
I started working in retail in 1981 through 1984 where I learned how important each customer and each transaction is on the success of business.
In 1985 I started my own business called Box Stop ( a UPS type store) in Hamden CT.
I opened a second store the next year and then sold the business two years later and bought another Gofor Services ( a high end courier service). 10 years later I started two other business I run in conjunction with Gofor Services, Connecticut Permit Services and Connecticut Document Services.
I wish I could tell you it then was a straight line to be a millionaire but I can’t. I succeeded enough to raise a family and put two boys through college. I almost went out of business several times and learned many hard lessons.
I continue to offer the highest quality service and guarantee my customers are happy with my service. I still have 3 of my original customers from 1989.
I have served on several non profit Board of Directors and have been mentoring businesses through a non profit program for the last 3 years.
What I do:
My Coaching and Consulting business is an offshoot of my 35 years in business. I am here to help people who have an idea for a business, are just getting started or are looking to move their small business forward.
I work with clients to help them determine how to move forward, how to take the next step, how to make the process of starting and growing their business more practical and less daunting.
I want to help you succeed!!!
I don’t have answers for everyone and everything but what I can do is to help you cut through the fog of how? What do I do? How do I move forward? How can I take the leap of faith?
I will work with you to find your way to making money doing what you love by running your business not having it run you.
